Boat Maintenance Program
Regular care. Fewer surprises. More time on the water.
Fullard Boat Co's Maintenance Program provides scheduled care for your boat throughout the year, helping identify maintenance and repairs before they become bigger problems.
Maintenance Program
Spend less time maintaining your boat and more time enjoying it.
With scheduled fortnightly or monthly visits, we'll keep your boat clean and regularly cared for throughout the year — so when you have
time to use it, you can spend that time enjoying it. We'll also keep an experienced eye out for maintenance that may need attention.
Each visit includes:
Wash of accessible exterior areas from deck level up
Exterior windows washed and cleaned
Stainless cleaned
Lines and fenders checked
Photos and a completed service report after every visit
And because regular care is about more than keeping your boat clean:
Your program also includes an annual vessel condition check and 12-month maintenance plan, helping you identify upcoming maintenance before smaller issues become bigger repairs.
Maintenance Program clients also receive priority scheduling for additional works, giving you access to the next available suitable booking ahead of unconfirmed work.

Annual maintenance coordination — we can help coordinate scheduled maintenance and external contractors where required

How the Maintenance Program Works
1. Tell us about your boat
We’ll start with a few details about your vessel, where it’s kept and its current condition. From there, we can confirm whether the program is suitable and give you clear indicative pricing before you commit.
2. We establish the standard
At your first service, our team will assess the vessel in person and establish the starting point for its ongoing care. If it needs more attention than expected, we’ll talk to you first — no unexpected work or charges.
3. We keep on top of it
Choose monthly or fortnightly servicing and we’ll take care of the routine. Regular cleaning and checks help prevent build-up, protect finishes and catch signs of deterioration before they become bigger jobs.
4. You stay informed
After every visit, you’ll receive photos and a completed service report. We’ll flag anything that needs attention and provide an annual condition check and 12-month maintenance plan, so you can plan ahead rather than react when something becomes a problem.

Your first service establishes the starting point for your boat's ongoing care. Because every vessel is different, the first visit may require a little more time to bring it up to a standard that can then be efficiently maintained with regular servicing.
If your boat is already regularly cleaned and requires no additional work, an additional initial cleaning charge may not be necessary.
-
If we find the vessel needs substantially more cleaning than expected, we won't simply continue and send you a larger bill. We'll contact you first and give you the choice of approving additional cleaning or working within the scheduled service and progressively bringing the boat up to standard over future visits.
-
Regular servicing includes accessible exterior areas from deck level up, exterior windows and stainless, along with a check of your lines and fenders.
The program is designed around regular exterior care rather than detailing every area of the vessel. Additional services such as underwater cleaning, cut and polish, waxing and annual maintenance can be arranged separately.
-
No. Provided we have suitable access to the vessel, our team can complete your scheduled service without you being there. After each visit, we'll send you photos and a completed service report so you know what's been done and how the boat is looking.
-
We'll let you know. Having your boat regularly seen by our experienced boatbuilding team means developing maintenance issues can often be identified before they become larger problems.
We'll provide our recommendations and, where additional work is required, discuss it with you before anything is undertaken. Maintenance Program clients also receive priority access to our next suitable available booking for additional works.
-
The Maintenance Program is available for vessels kept at suitable marina berths and jetties throughout the Gippsland Lakes area. We need safe, practical access to the vessel so our team can carry out the scheduled work from the boat and jetty.
If you're unsure whether your boat, berth or location is suitable, get in touch and we'll confirm this with you.
