Shipwright
Above-award pay ($33-$55/h + super), relocation support available, early finishes every Friday and a flexible, family-run work environment
Work across timber and composite vessels using traditional and modern boatbuilding methods — from restorations and repairs to complex modifications.
Experience in timber and/or fibreglass/composites is welcome — you don’t need to be experienced in both.
Team Leader Shipwright
Above-award pay ($50-$60/h + super), relocation support available, flexible work arrangements, 2:30pm finishes every Friday, ongoing professional development and a family-run work environment.
Ready for the next step? Lead the workshop team while staying hands-on with the work.
Work closely with the Director to organise jobs, guide the team and apprentices, solve problems and keep projects progressing safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
